How To Eat While Trying To Conceive

  1. Stop sugar, caffeine, alcohol, tobacco and all drugs.

  2. Eat 3 meals a day, mostly warm food.

  3. Eat a small amount of fermented food daily.

  4. Eat large quantities of organic vegetables cooked in a variety of ways;     steamed, stirfried, braised, baked, raw, long cooked in stews.

  5. Eat small amounts of fruit.

  6. Keep dried fruit to a minimum.

  7. Stop eating 3 hours before bed.

  8. Drink 2 to 3 litres of water at room temperature, no icy drinks unless it is a hot day.

  9. Eat a moderate amount of protein in a variety of forms-keeping dairy food to a minimum. Nuts, seeds, meat, fish, eggs, beans and dairy.

  10. Prefer goat and sheep to cow dairy. Small amounts of soya.

  11. Cook everything for scratch.

  12. Have a proper cooked breakfast.
