- Stop sugar, caffeine, alcohol, tobacco and all drugs.
- Eat 3 meals a day, mostly warm food.
- Eat a small amount of fermented food daily.
- Eat large quantities of organic vegetables cooked in a variety of ways; steamed, stirfried, braised, baked, raw, long cooked in stews.
- Eat small amounts of fruit.
- Keep dried fruit to a minimum.
- Stop eating 3 hours before bed.
- Drink 2 to 3 litres of water at room temperature, no icy drinks unless it is a hot day.
- Eat a moderate amount of protein in a variety of forms-keeping dairy food to a minimum. Nuts, seeds, meat, fish, eggs, beans and dairy.
- Prefer goat and sheep to cow dairy. Small amounts of soya.
- Cook everything for scratch.
- Have a proper cooked breakfast.
