Breech baby turning

Moxibustion (Moxa) has a high success rate when used try and turn a baby from the breech position to a head down one. It can also be used it in cases  where the baby is in any other unfavourable position such as transverse.

The treatment involves using a lighted moxa stick and warming a point on your little toe while you lie propped up on the couch. It is safe and easy to administer and relaxing to receive.

The warming effect often causes the baby to become quite active, increasing the chance of moving into a more favourable position for birth.

After the treatment I will show you how to use the moxa at home, it can be done by yourself or by a partner. I will send you away with the moxa you need to carry out the treatment for the next 10 days.
